This is a turnkey solution. Everything is connected and ready to mine. It even comes with about 1600 power cables for Bitmain miners and 500 C19/C20 cables and over a thousand network cables. The fiber optic is in the ground and active. All you have to bring is miners.
The site has 5MW of power to it now. Then chief engineer for the power company investigated and said we could go to 13MW after a transmission study. All-in power cost is $0.059/kwh.
The building itself is a 1970s to 1980s cinder block building with metal roof. The total land size is 3.34 acres. There are 2 buildings on the property. The smaller is 4000 sq ft of open space and the larger has 2 large open spaces, one 4000 sq. ft. and the larger is 7000 sq. ft. Both are completely open. Two loading docks. Large office suite.
Four 415V/240V 1770 KVA transformers are installed at the site. If you need more power, fan kits can be installed on the transformers raising their capacity by 25% to just over 2200 KVA.
Four 40-foot mining containers are included. They are UL listed, have evaporative water curtains and PDUs in place.
We have AT&T Fiber Optic internet with incredible uptime (it's never gone down). It's connected throughout our containers using enterprise class cloud-managed switches.
The Chief Engineer checked about 9 months ago and said there was a huge amount of available power at our location. I asked if we could get an additional 8MW, for a total of 13MW, and he said it wouldn't be a problem. A transmission study has to be completed first.
Our electricity provider is a private company but they are regulated like a public utility, requiring massive oversight to raise prices. Our prices haven't changed in the last year, except for going down when we increased our consumption.
Because it's ready! Everything is set and ready to plug in an ASIC. It even comes with 1600 Bitmain compatible power cords and around 500 C19 style cords. All you have to do is get the power turned on, and you're ready to mine.
In the containers, there is room enough for 1200 S19 class miners. Far more if you're running WhatsMiners. And the transformers can run those miners without approaching 80% load.
With so much power available and so much open space, you can do just about anything. Build a datacenter or immersion mining center, or both! Want some ideas? Check out What to Mine.
The facility can accommodate either a large mining operation or medium-sized hosting operation. It's located in a very pro-crypto state with tax breaks recently enacted for large-scale crypto operations.
